Add a record in seconds
Choose the vaccination and the date given, and the due date fills itself in from the usual gap for that vaccine. Attach the certificate as a photo or PDF, and mark it Verified once you've seen it.
Owners add their own records
Owners add vaccinations and certificates in the Walkies Journal app. Their records show as owner-provided until you check them and mark them verified.
Automatic reminders before boosters are due
Choose when owners hear about it: 30, 14, 7, 3 or 1 days before, on the day, and 7 or 30 days after. Reminders go out in the morning by push, email, text or WhatsApp, using each owner's own settings.

Each record shows Up to date, Due with its date, or Overdue, along with who added it and whether it's verified. An overdue vaccination puts an alert on the pet.
Dog, cat and small-pet vaccinations including rabies, DHPP, leptospirosis, kennel cough, canine influenza, Lyme, FVRCP and FeLV, plus flea, worming and tick treatments and titre tests. Choose Other for anything else.
Yes. Owners can turn off Vaccination due in their notification settings, and you can turn it off for any client.
Team members can see vaccination records but can't change them. Admins and sub-admins add and verify records.
